Refunds

Workflow packs

Packs are digital downloads (blueprints, YAML, notes, STLs). Because the files are delivered immediately, sales are generally final once the download is available. If the zip is corrupt, the import instructions are wrong, or a listed Home Assistant / ESPHome version cannot import the blueprint, email us within 14 days and we will fix the pack or refund that order.

All-access bundle

Same standard as a single pack: refundable if we cannot deliver a working download. Not refundable because you decided not to use Home Assistant.

Consulting

• Setup audit. Cancel or reschedule on Cal.com up to 24 hours before the call for a full refund of the booking fee. No-shows are not refunded.
• Done-for-you build. Scoped in writing before work starts. If we cannot complete the agreed scope, you get a refund of the unused portion. Work already delivered (YAML, dashboards, session recordings of the install) is not refunded.
• Retainer. Month-to-month. Cancel before the next billing date; the current month is not prorated unless we fail to show up.

How to ask

Use the Lemon Squeezy receipt link for pack orders, or email BILLING EMAIL with the order or Cal.com booking id. Chargebacks without that conversation may result in the license for that pack being revoked.
